Mahi a te Rehia is an action plan for a tamariki/rangatahi holiday programme in Harataunga. It has been developed by Te Roopu Tautoko and the whānau of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Harataunga. The aim of this programme is to create employment and develop local skillsets but most of all we just want our tāmariki and taiohi to have fun. Harataunga is an awesome place for whānau to come back to. Mahi a te Rehia is about celebrating our identity, getting to know one another and strengthening relationships with our whānau and whanaunga in the wider Harataunga community.
